Beautiful tanzanite in a 4mm cabochon. Tanzanite is highly pleochroic and you can see in the photographs the blue and purple pleochroic colours, different depending on the angle of view. These are nice clean stones with great lustre, and heat-treated in in common with the majority of tanzanite.
