Description
This is pink amethyst in a 8mm round cabochon. Sometimes known as 'Rose de France', this is simply light-coloured Brazilian amethyst, and so has the characteristic clarity of that material. It can be rather pale, but these stones are a good colour, light but with a distinct lavender-pink hue. Very pretty.
