SALE 762 Amethyst (African) Brilliant Cut 10mm Round

This is African amethyst in a 10mm round brilliant cut. African amethyst means a nice, deep, saturated purple; however these lack the sparkling clarity of the Brazilian material and have a slightly 'sleepy' appearance. There is also a bit of colour zoning on some of the stones, as is common for quartz. Overall, beautiful stones with great depth of colour, good clarity and nice cut and polish. There's nothing wrong with these stones at all, they have just hit my destash as they are just moving a bit slowly. I don't tend to get much demand for larger stones; people seem to prefer smaller, but these will make superbly flashy earrings or rings, and at a 40% discount, you can't go wrong
