Kyanite Rose Cut Cabochon 3x4mm Oval

This is beautiful, high grade kyanite, which is the most sublime shade of deep, saturated blue. You can see on some stones the classic striated make-up of the crystals and in fact, Kyanite has a very unusual nature, with 2 different hardnesses going across the length and the width of the crystals, which means they do need some careful handling. These are 3x4mm rose cut oval cabochons, lovely colour, clarity and lustre.
