We are pleased to confirm that we are shipping all orders as normal to most destinations during this difficult time.
Domestic (UK) Destinations
Royal Mail services are functioning now almost as normal and delivery times are back to around 1 working day for 1st class post and two for 2nd class. Special Delivery services are also as normal.
International Destinations
Europe:
We are continuing to ship via international standard as well as express. Delivery times appear to be close to normal. However, given this service is not tracked, for absolute security we would recommend taking the express tracked option.
International Destinations Outside Europe, including USA, Canada, Australia, Singapre, New Zealand.
We are now again offering (economy) international stanadard as well as tracked international services after Royal Mail updates indicating that international services are close to normal. There may still be delays, however, and this will be offered subject to ongoing review. Please note that the economy service is not tracked and so for complete peace of mind we would still recommend International Tracked. This service is fully trackable and is reasonably fast - around 4-7 days to most international destinations.
In addition, please note that we are packing orders using gloves, just in case.
