Description
Very nice 4mm round deep purple amethyst cabochons. These stones are free from large and obvious inclusions, but the African material does have a slightly silky appearance, that makes the stones appear less sparklingly clean than Brazilian amethyst. However, they are a good, saturated purple and the polish and lustre is excellent.
